SCRC is an approved CE provider for 3 accreditation agencies:
- Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS Approval PCE 111)
for LCSWs and MFTs in California.
- Board of Registered Nursing (BRN Provider CEP11909)
for licensed nurses in California.
- American Psychological Association (APA): SCRC is approved by the APA to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Spiritual Competency Resource Center maintains responsibility for it programs and their content. ONLINE COURSES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR APA CE HOURS.
Thus SCRC can provide CE to psychologists, nurses, social workers,
and MFTs.

Refund Policy
All courses is free to preview. Full refund is available if your state board does not accept the type of CE that SCRC awards. Contact the instructor, Dr. David Lukoff, via email or by phone at (707) 763-3576 to request a refund.
Grievances
Spiritual Competency Resource Center is fully committed to conducting all activities in strict conformance with the American Psychological Association's Ethical Principles of Psychologists. SCRC will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, program content and in the treatment of program participants. The monitoring and assessment of compliance with these standards will be the responsibility David Lukoff,PhD, Director of SCRC.
When a grievance arises pertaining to continuing education programs or processes, the complainant should notify Dr. David Lukoff by phone, e-mail or in writing, as soon as possible, so that the nature of the concern may be addressed in a timely fashion.

All attempts will be made to resolve the issue informally. If a grievance cannot be resolved this way, the complainant will be advised to contact the appropriate professional (APA, NASW, BBS) Association's Ethics Committee, State Association Ethics Committee or State Licensing Board.
